I’m never dissatisfied about anything enough to snitch out a bad review but there is a first time for everything. I ordered merchandise a week before the nfl season.
2 weeks later, nothing. My only explanation is it hasn’t shipped. A few days after this one of my items was canceled for me. Nearing the 2.5-3 week mark I call stating that I would like my entire order canceled, I do not want any of the items, and that I want a full refund as soon as possible.
I understand things happen, But I was offered no explanation, no ‘sorry we’ll do this for your inconvenience”. I could have gone ANYWHERE for nfl merchandise that wouldn’t have taken this long. Fast forward to today 4-5 weeks later I receive an email saying that my items have shipped. I called once again a little bit more annoyed but professional with well composure.
Their solution was to receive all of the items that have been shipped separately and return them and to expect a refund 7 days after that. My money will be held hostage for over a month with no logical reasoning as to why mistake after mistake occurs on there end. Horrible company.
I’d rather pay more at a more competent business than to subject myself to this horrid experience that I have never encountered in my entire life. Hard pass fansedge.

They false advertise on Facebook,, I called them about their price not matching the one online and they said yes we put fake prices on Facebook!!!! Wow,, go elsewhere
