Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

I have never had an experience with a company that was so inept at customer service and management of their shipping. I placed an order from Alaska two weeks prior to needing the item. Now because of their inability to manage their sources and shipping agents I will not receive my order and....they won't refund the amount or ship it next day until the order has arrived. NEVER USE THIS SITE!!! I TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR NOT FOLLOWING THIS SAME ADVICE. This company chooses to refuse to take care of the customer and obviously can't seem to follow through on their supposed commitment to the customer.
