FansEdge - POOR QUALITY & RETURN POLICY is a JOKE
5-26-2016:
Bought a back pad for my 7 year old. Zipper closures broke after a very short time with normal 7 year olds daily school use.
Their stated Return Policy of 365 days is ONLY if the item is "still in the original packaging and NEVER used."
They said their policy for damages due to "use" must claim within 30 days. The backpack shipped to me on 4-21-2016 (not exactly sure of the date I received it). BUT, per their Customer service "I'm sorry you have exceeded the policy window."
This company will ultimately go out of business and I hope it's soon
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $30.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
