My husband bought me a beautiful pair of the University of Louisville Game day Cowboy Boots for Christmas. They cost $200.+ dollars.

Sadly they do not fit. Fans Edge said they will not refund or exchange them because they were purchased 33 days before Christmas and if they don't fit I should give them to a charity. The only way to contact anyone in the company is by live chat. The phone number lead you on a wild chase and then disconnects.

When you go to the Better Business Bureau at the bottom of their page it goes to Fanatic Better Business Bureau page. Soooo Pissssed

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Worst customer service ever, Entire business experience.

I bet you somewhere it was stated at purchase time that you had 30 days to return. Your complaint is invalid.
