Ordered jersey for my grandson for his birthday. Paid for 3 day shipping so that it be here for his birthday.

When it did not arrive I got the tracking no. and found that it would arrive 10 days after my order was placed. Called customer service and after being on hold for 20 min. was told that even though I paid for 3 day shipping it takes 2-3 days just to leave the warehouse to go to Fedex.

After 1 hr. on phone and speaking to the head supervisor was told "sorry" but the only thing they could do was refund the extra shipping charge and they would *** an added 20% which did not make up for an unhappy 7 year old on his birthday.

This person wrote the review because of order processing issue at Fansedge. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Fansedge to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
