Three Strikes

Only received half of order. CS stated 2nd half of items shipped three days ago. Then noticed one shirt was wrong color, CS says I need to use return label at a cost to me of $5.50. Also this CS person says my other half hasn't shipped and wont for another six days. I gave them three tries, first order took 72 days to arrive, second order, was wrong sizing on multiple items of clothing, took 63 days to arrive and was promised a $10 credit for which they couldn't find during order #3. Every time I have ordered they have been horrible to deal with from lying CS employees who will tell you anything to get you off the phone to lying of shipment dates, missing refunds that never reached my account, and lies of $10 credits that can never be found. Three strikes and I'm out. This company needs to go out of business and its CEO written about in every college business text book under the title "how to ruin a promising company".

Customized clothing

my husband ordered a customized tshirt. it took forever to get here and when it did, there were over 17 slits in the shirt (front and back) I called to ask to for a replacement.

they said they would ship it in two days. about an hour later, we get a bogus email stating the manufacturer can not send us a replacement. so we can only get our money back and reorder it. umm no, I am not reordering anything.

why can't they just put in a new order. no they want you send the damaged, wait for your money back and then replace the order.

Do not order from this place! I won't ever again.

Refund battle

I returned two items in November 2016. It took three months to finally get my refund, and I wouldn't have gotten it had I not persisted. Can't do Business with them anymore which is too bad as they have a nice selection and prices.

1st of all they give 28 numbers for a freakin order number, ( for a t-shirt! ) just even try to use their tracking system online.

I ordered 2 t -shirts and they shipped them at two different dates 10 days apart. 1 shirt was going to be a Christmas gift . Today is 12/28 yah, a little late. What made me gasp also when you 1st check on your order they leave you with a email that says 'RELAX ' Anyways I am beyond ticked off at the LOUSY online service, you know where you don't have to talk to someone.

Finally had to get a person there to help over the phone.HORRIBLE wait time too. USE OTHER T SHIRT companies!.

Ordered a hat online, recieved it and it did not fit me. Upon opening the box there was no shipping label inside. I went through their return link where it recognized my email and order number yet claims that I have no product to return/ have never purchased anything from them. Still cannot find an actual customer service number.

I ordered a college sweatshirt from Fansedge for my sister's Christmas in November. The order finally arrived shortly before Christmas. Upon trying it on, my sister could barely get it over her head. I purchased a large, but it fit me (5'2" at 100 pounds) perfectly. Thus, my sister who is 5'11" and 150 pounds was unable to wear it, despite it being a "large." I immediately contacted customer service and initially was told that the sweatshirt was a "customized" item and was not refundable. However, after two correspondences, the customer representative ADMITTED that the sweatshirt was NOT a customized item, and I was told that a return request was submitted. I followed up after two weeks regarding the return request, only to learn that it had been approved a week prior and that a label had been "emailed" to me. Customer service "re-emailed" the return label to me shortly after, but I still had my doubts about whether they would actually refund me if I sent the item back. Therefore, I emailed customer service to receive confirmation of my doubts, and sure enough, I was told that the item was a "customized" sweatshirt and was not eligible for a refund or even store credit. Fifteen emails after, the issue has not been resolved and customer service continues to give me a blanket statement after how customized items cannot be returned without ACKNOWLEDGING that one of its employees made an ADMISSION. Instead, they began to quote my words, which were made prior to the rep's admission and completely ignoring the fact that I am persistent with my request for a full refund based on a justifiable reliance on the representative's admission. This experience has been such a nightmare. My sister is still waiting for the sweatshirt I told her to expect, and I am still out $49.99+.

I ordered a sweatshirt my son picked out for Christmas from this place.  $75 plus shipping for a sweatshirt that arrived with the tag that has the brand, washing instructions and materials used hacked off and not even neatly. No indication whatsoever of the size which seemed much larger than the men's medium I ordered. This honestly feels and looks like a cheap sweatshirt from a discount store yet even those have tags and labels. I received it three days before Christmas after waiting almost two weeks. The package didnt even include a packing slip. I called to complain about the condition and was told I would get a call back from a supervisor within 2 days. A week later I got an email telling me that they wouldn't exchange the sweatshirt or credit my account and if I sent it back they would give it to charity. Wish I thought to look up reviews before ordering a cheap knockoff sweatshirt they're  passing off as a brand label, quality sweatshirt. This place is as shady as they come, stay away!!!

Christmas is still three weeks away. You can buy a jersey at a ton of different places.

If they can't find your order, that means you still have your money.

Buy the same jersey from approximately 1 million different options then. No reason to really be dramatic about it - unless you are trying to get a free jersey.

This was a special jersey with his name and number on it and NO i do not have the money they took it out my acct. Obviously you don't have children
