Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I only said I had filed a complaint with an outsidee entity.
They have made it impossible to reach them via email or calling. Itnis so frustrating trying to get a refund or any communication.

UPDATE SAME DAY: Finally spoke with rep and assured me shipping and item would be refunded to original payment method. Received another email that refund was sent to an e-gift card AGAIN.
This is definitely a scam company because they had no issues giving a refund to original payment method for the other item I returned. So why is this suddenly a problem?
I requested an order be canceled less than 12 hours after placing it and the rep did not follow through. The order still shipped and another rep told me I could send the items back for a full refund. They were not refunding me the original shipping charge but I was going to let it go just to be done with it.
It's been almost a month and I'm still dealing with this. Now I can't even talk to a rep on chat or the phone.
When I call, I go through the wait process then the line will finally ring and they hang up. Definitely not a scam company.
