Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I only said I had filed a complaint with an outsidee entity.

They have made it impossible to reach them via email or calling. Itnis so frustrating trying to get a refund or any communication.

Owes me $64.83 for a return and I havent seen it yet! I have the tracking number that shows it was delivered to them. Spent an hour plus, 3x, chatting online and have been cut off each time. I have copies of our chat transcripts where it states that they owe me the full amount- waiving the return fee. I would never recommend purchasing from Fans Edge. I believe Fanatics may be tied to Fans Edge so be careful

Ordered an item that lead to Google purchases happening 31 seconds later. DO NOT ORDER!!! Its an information harvesting website copied exactly like other pages to get your bank information for money. BBB and more need to take this down.

I canceled an order within 1hpue of placing it (online cancellation doesnt work) I spoke with somebody and a day later it still shipped. I will return it and get a replacement item from another vendor.

Never again. Order not delivered even though i got notice it was. Customer service had several stories what happened then told everything i ordered was out of stock. Asked to speak to someone else and on hold for 19 min then hung up on. NEVER AGAIN

Items small like cigarettes and pot

Placed order from fansedge. The items STINK so very badly of cigarette smoke and pot. They were going to be a Christmas gift, but there is NO way I can give them as a gift. I called the customer service number and the lady said it was probably from the warehouse - as if it was a common complaint. I'm furious. How can any company allow their warehouse (storage and/or fulfillment) to employ staff that smoke cigarettes or pot around their merchandise? I will NOT order from them ever again!

UPDATE SAME DAY: Finally spoke with rep and assured me shipping and item would be refunded to original payment method. Received another email that refund was sent to an e-gift card AGAIN.

This is definitely a scam company because they had no issues giving a refund to original payment method for the other item I returned. So why is this suddenly a problem?

I requested an order be canceled less than 12 hours after placing it and the rep did not follow through. The order still shipped and another rep told me I could send the items back for a full refund. They were not refunding me the original shipping charge but I was going to let it go just to be done with it.

It's been almost a month and I'm still dealing with this. Now I can't even talk to a rep on chat or the phone.

When I call, I go through the wait process then the line will finally ring and they hang up. Definitely not a scam company.
